Organic Yoga Mat Wash (Soap Nuts 8oz, .5 lbs)

Would love to review these, but I ordered them and never received them!

Very poor. I ordered the soap nuts and a new mat, but never received the soap nuts. I have emailed customer service multiple times and have not received a response of any kind. I also noticed on my receipt that I have been signed up for a subscription service for the soap nuts. I do not want a subscription either, but cannot get Oko to return my emails about this either. Horrible nonexistent customer service. You are also required to contact Oko within 15 days to request a return for yoga mats…I have missed the time window to return mine. I think customers should know that returns are not possible because you cannot get in contact with the company.
