I bought thr V-com to use with my Airmini hose but found out it will only work with a standard hose. It definitely cut down the noise of my Airmini but it felt like I had to use more force to inhale. I ended up removing it because the extra effort interrupted my sleep and caused me to wake up.

It Made No Difference

A breath of relief
This device softens the inhalation feel without changing the actual pressure. It was designed to help new users get used to the feel of the air pressure being forced into you for long term adherence, but as a twenty plus year CPAP/APAP user I can say it improved the feel and my results even though I was used to the pressure. It is a simple device designed to place inline between your mask and hose and does not require any pressure prescription change as it does not change the actual pressure. I find it to be an inexpensive improvement in my nightly CPAP use.
