Handheld button press poor design

Good not Great only because the handheld punch is not a good design and does not alway punch all the way. It’s not Neil quality like the button press and the button blanks. I will buy another one from you as a backup or for parts when one of them breaks. I will be buying a real cutter from another vender that I know is quality at a cost of $129.00 when they are back in stock. The bottle opener backs should be offered at lower quantities at times, that can be your special promotions.

Good product -- exactly what I was looking for. Shipped and delivered very quickly. It was impressive! I wasn't sure why such a small package was sent in such a big box. It easily could have been put in an envelope and probably been mailed much less expensively.

This part of the button seems to always be what we run out of first when kids are learning to use the button press machine so it's amazing that it is available as a stand alone product. Been a long, long time customer of Neil.
