Buttons

I ordered 1200 buttons for a client and because I needed to get them immediately to the client I didn’t check the boxes. Unfortunately one of the boxes contained the wrong buttons. I called customer service on Friday afternoon and they explained I would receive the replacement the following Tuesday. They were delivered to my business on late Saturday night. I was overwhelmed with joy for the incredible service.

Buying for years

Been purchasing for years and the club that buys them are happy so makes me happy! I almost messed up my order and lucky I checked it. I typed in 1200 pieces and it would have been 1200 cases!! I seldom order online but when I saw the total amount is when I figured out my error. Phew
