the service I received from Verana was professional. We ordered our 4-in-1 tap but noticed that the tank was dented. This was not a problem with Verana they arranged immediately for a new one to be delivered. 1st class service. The tap we are pleased with the only disappointment was that I thought the cold tap would be 'cold' but in fact it is only a filtered cold water tap, not a cold tap per se.

A good looking tap - was difficult to fit and the numbering on the parts was incorrect which confused our plumber - he had to google how to fit it - but he got there and it works a treat. Bit on the large size so better for a big kitchen which luckily we do have

This tap is brilliant…works and looks amazing. Goodbye Kettle!! Easy to install, the boiler and filter doesn’t take up as much room as we thought. Definitely worth buying.
