Difficult to fit

The actual tap is lovely now it’s up and running but the plumber had awful trouble fitting it. The instructions were not very clear and there were pieces missing. He had to source two parts, nobody was available to speak to for help. Luckily he is an experienced plumber or I think we would of been in big trouble
