Products are good but customer service could be better

I love the hat and have gotten a lot of compliments. Sunday Golf products are really good as I have the El Camino S-class and the headcovers as well. One comment I have is the customer service could definitely use some improvements. I had an issue with my El Camino purchase and after I reached out, Camden was VERY VERY responsive and wanted to “make it right”. He promised to send me “swags” to “make up for it”. Then completely ghosted me. I bought over $400 of products - I don’t care about the “swag” but don’t tell anyone one thing and not do it. Or worse just ghost them! But 4 stars for the products!

Comfy and stylish

Love this hat! The tightening mechanism feels like it’ll get worn out but I love the sweat band underneath. TBD if it holds up in the summer but we will see!
