P02 Perform 12 Club Set

I ordered steel-shaft irons and even contacted Stix before shipment to verify the order was correct. I was told everything was good to go. The clubs arrived wrong. What followed was over a week of emails, repeated requests for information they already had, conflicting explanations, admitted mistakes, inventory issues, and multiple representatives giving different answers. After admitting the error was theirs, Stix still couldn’t tell me when the correct clubs would ship or if they were even available. At one point they accidentally referenced graphite replacements again, even though the entire issue was that I ordered steel shafts. I eventually gave up and requested a full refund. Worst customer service experience I’ve had with any golf company.
