Ivory Flameless Candle Tri-Flame Grand Pillar - Melted Top

No remotes?

I was shocked to see after $3500 in purchases that so many of my candles did not include a remote. Seriously, I bought about 24 candles per home and only recieved two remotes total. When I contacted support they said they understood. Literally, that was it. No offer to send me even one after huge huge purchases. Too many companies out there not to have included remotes as standard on big orders.

Wonderful quality! I also purchased the remote that enables the flicker to be brighter/softer and speed to be adjusted and it was perfect.
