Could not get to work
The product was a big sticky mess.. did not remove any hair. And hard to clean up after

Great for a novice
I decided to try out this product and I liked it. It worked really great on my arms and legs but my armpits were a bit tricky. I still got 98-99% of the hair out, so not bad at all. I got the medium thick one sugar wax and since it's
getting cold here, I had to warm it up a little. I'll likely get the softer one next time.
