Very tasty, part of my morning routine. I have these wafers for breakfast and it satisfies me until lunchtime. They are especially good before my late morning coffee.

Very light to eat. Almost an elegant wafer. Great for an afternoon snack when those sweet cravings hit!

Not only am I a bariatric patient,y husband is a esophagus cancer survivor. Inspire is the only protein drink I can tolerate. I love the single servings, I was able to find the flavors I like! My husband enjoys the bars. Mocha, chocolate and lemon. It helps him get the protein he needs. Thank you!
