The system itself works great however customer service is subpar. My order was incomplete, missing the rose shaped trays I had ordered to go along with the Clearsphere. Upon receipt of the order I emailed customer service to I'm inform them an item was missing and work a resolution, but no response. Waited another week again no response so I decided to continue with the negative review. Customer service huge thumbs down
