Single-Handle High Arc Kitchen Faucet with Deck Plate Nickel

I like the faucet but I found a defective plastic part after I have it installed. Installation was fairly easy except for crawling under kitchen sink. :-) I'm working with customer service for a remedy and hope I don't have to remove and reinstall a replacement unit.

Easy install and excellent faucet! I had actually ordered a different one but changed my mind after my order. They not only were able to change my order of 2 faucets but gave me a refund! Excellent service!
