Love this rope as my entry level heavy rope. Material is soft and the color is very cheerful.

Becoming my main rope.

This is such a nice weight rope that I use it most of the time. I use my 14mm rope for learning new techniques. It is so soft that it encourages good technique as it will just flop unless you are driving from your legs and core. I am very aware of using my fascia in my movement and can feel what effect this rope is having on me. I can feel a definite difference in the way I run ,swim and paddle a surf board since I started putting a lot more time into rope flow. The bright colour has a different effect too as you are aware of it in your peripheral vision, where my earthy color 14 mm rope blends into the back ground.
