Didn't develop

I saw another review like this. Mine too did not develop properly at all. It has only darkened in my inner elbow. I wrote to customer support with picture proof only to get no reply, surprise surprise. But when emailing with regular questions they get back within a few hours. Don't be fooled by seeing other 5-star reviews, if you go on the app it shows you they have an average 3-star rating. They only however display the 4-5 star reviews to make them look better and hide the negatives.
