Charcoal Rope Snapback

I never receive my hats. It took months of emailing them and messaging them on Instagram to get a response. I was told they were sending them out and then weeks went by and they never sent them out. It took another couple months to get ahold of them again, they said they were sending a refund and never did. So I messaged them AGAIN for a couple weeks for them to finally do my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give zero stars is possible.
