Coors banquet

Never received and emailed several times. The owner assured me issue would be resolved. The last several attempts in communication have been ignored. I tried giving this owner time in fixing his screw-up but he has chosen to not only send me the hat I paid for but also ignore my emails. The hat was ordered on December 6 and as of January 29 still no hat!
