After purchasing myself a ring, I decided to purchase this bracelet for my friend as a birthday present. This was my first experience having to contact Réalta’s customer service and it was an insanely pleasant experience. The bracelet had sadly gotten lost in transit, so I reached out to the team to inform them. They responded quickly and rush-shipped a new bracelet to me immediately. I would’ve been happy waiting for standard shipping but they went above and beyond. My friend loves her bracelet and it’s amazing quality. I could not recommend this brand more!

Lost it on the 2nd day of wearing it, as the closing mechanism isnt great and it had fallen off 2/3 times prior to losing it
