Organic Honduran Marcala

Great coffee

This flavor is one of my all-time favorites. It's not bitter, too weak, or strong. Just a good taste . The first batch was made for final flight outfitters it was more of a fine grain coffee. It w worked well in my camp French press or coffee maker. This purchase I went with French press style which seems to be more course. I'm still working on the coffee to water ratio for it. I highly recommend this coffee.
