Inspire 15g Protein Shake or Pudding by Bariatric Eating - Strawberry

Not a terrible shake, awful as pudding

This was OK as a shake - a little grainy, but if I add strawberries, it camouflages it & it's tolerable. This was terrible as a pudding - the grainy texture is very off-putting. The flavor is a bit chemical-y, but not too bad. I will probably stick to vanilla protein and add strawberries when I need a change of pace.

This tastes like strawberry cake batter. So delicious!
