*Update: I emailed the company regarding the condition of the wire & my disappointment. They were “shocked” and asked for images. I sent pictures & was relieved when they explained the wire must have been damaged & absolutely was not up to their standards. They immediately shipped a replacement. I mean, immediately. I had the replacement within 3 days (across country) & the wire was perfect!! I’m updating this review to reflect the awesome customer service (they also responded to my emails right away!) & great wire! I’ll leave the original up in case anyone else doesn’t realize their damaged wire shouldn’t be that way. *Original: I didn’t realize this wire would arrive bent. I’m using this for medical aid ring splints. I can’t even use this wire for jewelry. It looks like it was taken off of fencing & put in a baggie. It does NOT look like any pictures on their website of nicely shaped wire. So extremely disappointed.
