Great Flavor - Horrible Shipping

Flavor is fantastic, and has become my new go-to to add to recipes or to dip stuff in. It isn't crazy spicy, and it goes great with tacos or anything of the Spanish variety. The main issue for my low rating is that I've ordered twice and each time the shipping has been horrible. I know we all can't expect the quick, 2-day arrival that other sites offer, but the 2 times I've ordered from their site, my package just sits for an unreasonable amount of time. The first time I ordered, it started moving very fast, then I got notified of a possible delay. It took me reaching out to them to get a conversation going before anything happened. Almost 2 full weeks later the package finally arrived. The second time I ordered, I hoped for a better experience. It did the same thing, started shipping pretty quick, and then it just sat for 7 days not moving. No notification or explanation, just sat. It finally started moving after 7 days, but still it gets old. These bottles aren't cheap, and with the temperatures being high due to the Summer, it makes me nervous. If there's one thing I can ask for, PLEASE UPDATE EITHER WHO YOU SHIP WITH OR LOOK INTO WHY IT'S GETTING BACKED UP EACH TIME!

I tasted this sauce while visiting my son in Houston and loved it! It is SO good, like a spicy salsa verde, but surprisingly no tomatillo - its mostly the most fantastic Peruvian peppers and a few other simple ingredients. I ordered a few online because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to bring it back in my carry on. The people running the stand were really sweet and enthusiastic about their product for good reason: this sauce is the bomb.
