Not the big comfy chair I was expecting

This chair was not what I expected. I do enjoy it as I become more familiar with its features. The one thing that in my opinion is a bad feature of the chair is how far back the head of the chair goes. And whoever designed the chair must have known this because they provided a pillow which actually is perfect for your your head. I don't know how better to explain it. But I do enjoy the Heat and the massage and the ease of adjusting all of the settings by way of corded remotes.

Love my chair!

The three pieces came on three separate days. I would not have been able to put it together by myself, but I had help and it was quite simple. I am very pleased with the chair!
