I was a bit worried because I’m 7.5 and between sizes. But not all brands have the same conversion between US and EU sizes so I looked at the EU size and sized down because 38 or 37.5 usually fits well. They turned out to be perfectly for me. I have a average food in every way, and found these to be way more comfortable than Adidas Handball Spezial which had such high arches in the sole that it felt like walking on tennis balls. The color and quality are fantastic.

Very disappointed! Gold wore off after a few minutes
Coolway's are my favorite shoes. I have 3 pairs and have bought them as gifts. I was very excited for this color they are beautiful but after 30 min of wearing them the gold completely rubbed off. They cost way too much for this to happen! Also there is no customer service to speak to someone about this!

SHIPPED ME THE WRONG SHOES AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE
I have emailed multiple times and have not heard back, I understand Christmas time is busy but as a big and successful brand as you are the customer service has been a very big let down. I just need to know how to resolve the situation I ordered the Goal Mocha Roast and the shoes that came in are completely different, and now they don’t even have the size I ordered due to it being sold out and the amount of time they still have not communicated with me. I am very disappointed.
