2003 Neon Pulse
I really wanted to love these because they look beautiful and I genuinely like the design. The 2003 Neon Pulse has a very cool style and looks great on. However, since I started wearing them, I’ve been feeling discomfort in my heels. For me, they don’t feel very ergonomic or supportive for the foot. I was expecting more comfort for everyday wear. If comfort is important to you, I’d suggest trying them on first or wearing them for short periods before committing.

Favorite sneakers yet!
I have an ankle replacement therefore finding comfort and stylish sneakers is tough. These have great padding and are so comfortable. Love the vibe!

Poor customer service
Received the shoe and wasn’t in love with it. Filled out the online return form and received a QR code to take to the post office (which is already an inconvenience in itself). Go to the post office and it just prints out another QR code. Post office says the QR code is bad.
Email customer service and no response. So.. if you’re not sure about this shoes, don’t buy it cause it really hard to return it!
