Much to be desired

While I appreciate the length of this hose, it is very stiff. I wish there was a more supple hose. This product doesn't lock to the vaccuum, but it holds well enough by friction. Also, it came packaged with 2 creases that I've been working to get out, but they remain. I do like the length though.
