Sugar Rush Stripey Pepper Plants

Hardy as heck

This is my first time ordering a live plant from Pepper Joe's. I've always had great luck with the seeds but since I moved into an apartment this growing season, I thought I'd get ahead and give myself a break. The plants were packed incredibly well - they all survived transit without a scratch! Since they've arrived, they've taken a beating. One of my cats loved the taste of the leaves and destroyed a few. The cat is fine and so are the peppers! I'm in Maryland and the weather had been really unstable: 90F one day and 55F the next. But these plants have been hardy and are growing each day. I'm excited to see the peppers!

Not sure if it was my timing…

All my pepper plants are struggling. This is my 5th year buying pepper plants and this year I think was a fail. Better luck next year!

It had aphids

Would usually rate this well but this time all the seedlings brought aphids into my greenhouse.
