Modification for the medium checked-bag

This case is is a great size and well constructed with famous Cotopaxi color variations. I favor locks/clasps to close over zippers and this case has them. Kudos too for building-in customer replaceable parts (corners/locks/wheels). I would offer one suggestion/modification that is an easily added accessory to existing models. Could there be a solid face divider that replaces the standard mesh liners. It could fasten to the existing attachment points and facilitate closing without using the mesh pockets. Mesh pockets/cubes for packing are most helpful when smaller to facilitate organization of different items…. . still needing solid cover for closing.

Not worth it

Two separate instructions (video and card with the product) showed different locations for the latch release button, neither of which accurately depicted its location. The latches do not inspire confidence. The rolling, overall sturdiness and features feel much flimsier than my Away bag. The internal zipper compartments are odd and maybe unnecessary. I’m just really disappointed at this plastic box I paid hundreds of dollars for. The company (AI) is asking me in this review request to comment on features for a product different than the one I bought.

Finally Luggage I Can Clean!

Great med/large checked bag. I love that they use extra large packing cubes instead of a lining so I can actually clean everything post travel -- unclip and throw them in the wash. With the open area behind the cubes, I can put shoes back there without them touching clothes. It is a different packing approach, but not in a bad way. I haven't traveled yet, but it feels sturdy and well made. The wheels move nicely and I like the color pop. They offer a lot of replacement parts so you don't need an entirely new suitcase if something happens.
