NICE UPGRADE

this is a nice upgrade from the s5. only complaint is you can't use floor cleaner if your going to steam. cant use both modes while cleaning have to decide ahead. wondering what upgrade the s9 steam may offer. but happy with this for now. got my s5 back from repair. probably should have just retired it.

A must for pet owners

I purchased this item as an upgrade from a Tineco mop I have had for 5 years. The stream feature is a must for tile. The mop does a great job and had long battery life. It does very well on pet messes, hair and even our Flordia sand.
