Hand tied extensions

I got them redone. There’s some pieces loosening up and sticking out. I got them done by Jaden and she told me if they were falling out I would get them done free by her. So I called the salon, and they told me nothing was free and that I had to pay the 200 again. So please call me and help me get this figured out. This is ridiculous.
