Hair feels so soft and healthy! My extensions have been in for almost 2 weeks and I am absolutely loving them so far! Bello Havens customer service was top-notch!!! The rubber keeps sliding out of the bead. This started within the last year that we noticed the change. Not sure if y’all changed manufacturing, but the quality has gone down unfortunately
