Excellent selection and fitment, sub-standard shipping time

I recently purchased a R&D flex coupling from PYI as part of a re-power aboard my NY-36. PYI's menu options correctly identified the required part for my application, and the component fit precisely into the spot we allocated in driveline assembly. The ordering experience and part quality were both excellent. I have detracted one star due to the excessive time this small part took to arrive. Having paid a $20 UPS shipping fee, on top of PYI's price premium for the R&D coupling, there was no good reason for delivery inside of CONUS to take over a week.
