Wrong tech connection

Your technician I got on set-up call informed me that your products work Only with Windows systems. I have Apple/Mac & would have liked to know this limit when I spoke to your phone agent before purchase. I've lost 2 wks of monitoring prof of decibel level of noise from new adjacent gym.
