This is an excellent yoga mat. It offers a perfect balance of support, grip and stability along with a beautiful design on the surface. It isn’t cheap but it’s miles better than any mat I’ve tried before and it has a very high quality feel to it. If you practice yoga regularly then it’s something to seriously consider. It’s made a difference to my practice already and I look forward to using it for many years to come.
