First time buyer and so pleased! We had been buying beef from a homesteader in Wyoming but because of shipping glitches they had to go to "pick-up only". My daughter told me about finding the Widnor family online and since they live in WA and we live in WA we were excited about having a good source of meat closer to where we live. We were NOT disappointed!!! The burger patties are amazing and don't shrink down to a half-dollar size. We also bought some 1 pound pkgs of hamburger, a flat iron steak, and skirt steak to pressure can and all turned out wonderful and tasty! Thank you to the Widnor family farm!
