Compatto LSG - Twin Revolving Murphy Bed Bookcase with Desk

Update: Revolving panel received and assembled (Still awaiting damaged revolving panel)

Original shipping window was within days of placing the order. However, the revolving panel arrived damaged and the top and bottom panels were missing some mounting hardware (for which I was reimbursed after I purchased them). I am still awaiting the revolving panel, so I haven’t been able to put the Compatto LSG Bed together and the rest of the parts are occupying space in the home office. Needless to say, disappointed so far with the experience. An update on my order. I received the replacement revolving panel and I assembled it - the process, though it took +2hrs, was fairly straightforward. I was surprised how easy it is to open and how fast I can go from a desk to a single bed and vice versa. I was also pleasantly surprised about how comfortable the memory mattress is. I also want to highlight and say thanks to Reed and the team at Expand Furniture for their follow-up, on the damage on the original panel and rectifying the issue.
