Signature Traveler Backpack in Sunset Orange

I am a frequent shopper of the Tote &Carry brand. I am very familiar with the quality that I know and appreciate. However this purchase ,even if a return, the state in which it was shipped to me was un cared for. Every single piece I own came packaged well and with paper that preserved the zippers and inner parts of the bags. At this point I have purchased 13 pieces. I feel very slighted that this one showed up crunched in a plastic bag with no paper on or in the bag for preservation and hardly no plastic on any of the labeling. This lessens the feeling of being a valued customer. I am curious if this is what I should anticipate moving forward.

I love everything about this bag! It has multiple pockets, it has durability, and it is totally eye-catching.
