Wow! My new go to for margaritas.

I absolutely love this. The right amount of smoky with a bit of a back-of-the-throat burn. I do a 2-second pour into a shaker with ice, pinch of kosher salt, juice of 2 limes, and splash of OJ or grapefruit juice. Shake and strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass and top with a splash of soda. Add a touch of simple syrup if you like more sweet than tart!
