This coffee is so good! You’d never know it’s half caff. The beans grind up well and it has a very low acidity.

Really fun pour over. I personally taste the apple and caramel notes. IDK where the cocoa is, but your tongue may be different!

I love this half-caff! It has a great balanced flavor and just the right amount of caffeine for those times that I want a little pep (I'm a decaf drinker on most days). I appreciate a small business catering to all tastes!
