Overall: I appreciate the effort and the fast shipping, but the first shipment arrived with several issues that need to be addressed so we can keep working smoothly. Positives: The wood species and dimensions were correct. Material quality is good. Packaging was solid and everything arrived without transport damage. Needs Improvement: Several boards had deep snipe, especially on the ends. The S2S finish was inconsistent — many boards were not flat or even. Thickness varied between pieces. Some boards looked like they went through the planer too fast or with dull blades. Impact on Production: These issues forced me to reprocess multiple boards, which affects workflow, time, and yield. Conclusion: I’m willing to continue ordering, but I need better quality control on the next shipment, especially on S2S and snipe reduction. If the next batch comes in clean, I can increase volume without hesitation.
