Expensive and the plants died I bought the same plants for a fraction of the price and they look great

The small sized plant did almost instantly. Medium plant has not been healthy either. The large plant is doing great but the soil showed white spots (fongus?) I scooped it out and it had not come back.

Came well packed and all plants in good shape
