I gave this knife a 5 star review b/c the knife came as advertised. The handle is appropriately sized for the blade, the edge geometry is solid and the choice of steel is great for the application.

Great blade

I do most of my hiking/back packing in south and mid FL Lot of times i have to chop my way into palmetto brush in order to get to where I need to hang a hammock. In this country the ground becomes alive at night so I have been using a machete. I just didn’t think that this chopper could be worth this much money. But I finaly decided to chance it. WOW!!!! After a few short overnight trips into the brush. I’m sold on MKC products. And this Blaze Orange Cerakote answers the problem of me dropping gear in the thick bush and wasting half a day looking for it. This Chopper balance and blade shape REALLY does the job in this south FL bush. This kind of qulity blade is worth the $$$$. So now I will be purchasing another blade for EDC . it is a knife that I'm sure can take on any task! Super stout but Balances out Fantastic in your Hand. Feels Great, Super Sharpe (WOW) MKC Has never disappointed me with there Quality to Detail no matter if its a Flask, Shirt, Hoody, Whatever they make you can count on it to perform OR they will make it.
