Made numerous projects, wood coasters, epoxy coasters, signs with epoxy inlay - product works well! Thin flood coats are perfect, thicker pour coats (epoxy coasters, epoxy inlays) lots of bubbles. Most bubbles easily released with the use of heat but pours greater than 1/8 inch not all bubbles get removed. Internal bubbles may add character to the piece however; some make it to surface leaving the project with a rough surface that needs to be sanded and a thin top coat applied.
