Organic Manfredi Lunghi Pasta

Ordered this pasta because one of my favorite pasta is the mafaldine. It is so hard to find mafaldine anywhere. Never tried the Manfredi Lunghi, which reminded me of the mafaldine pasta, so thought I'd try it. I enjoyed it! It was thinner in width than the mafaldine, but in a good way. The length is just as long as the mafaldine. But most of the Manfredi Lunghi pasta came broken in shorter pieces. Also, some of the ribboned pasta did come out looking like fettuccine pasta. I guess the machine didn't get all the pastas to curl. It still tasted good though! Light chewiness, bouncy in texture, not too thick nor thin. Cooks at a reasonable time too.

Product needs repackaging. The package is too long to fit in a cabinet.

Love love love this pasta! My daughter had fun breaking it up to cook. We had it with a pesto ricotta sauce. Lovely.
