I want to send a big thank you to Narisha our sleep consultant for the guidance and encouragement to retrain our 8. 5 month baby who was waking up multiple times at night and refusing to sleep in his cot for all naps. It has been a bumpy ride dropping his nap while dealing with his developmental leap but after a week he is back sleeping independently and down to 0-1 night wakes! We still need to work on his schedule but Narisha's advice has been invaluable.
