Thai Chili Garlic Sauce

Spicier than I expected to be but overall a great flavor

I used the Thai Chili sauce to coat chicken wings and as a dipping condiment for crab rangoons at a recent party. It was a huge hit for both its added flavor and heat -- great for anyone that likes to add a spicy kick to their dish. I will definitely be purchasing this again!

Too spicy for my taste. But if you can put up some recipes that will, in essence, dilute the hot, it might work for me.
