Cozy holiday dress
This plus the thinnest leggings (name?) and tall boots was perfect at the holidays. I look totally put together and with changing jewelry can do party, church, work. The fabric is so cozy I want a jumpsuit of it. Boat neck is gentler than in photos online. Shift style is my favorite and this one smooths and forgives so much.

Possibly not a great fit for curves
This dress is beautiful and well-built, the fabric is squishy and sumptuous, and the boat neck is lovely. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be a good fit for my body type. If this dress fits your shape, I think it could be a gorgeous, squishy addition to your wardrobe.
This dress seems to run a bit large, but that probably depends on individual build and height. I would say that my bone structure is on the medium side, so a person with fuller shoulders might have a different experience. For me, the dress fit my bust and hips true to size but was sloppy around my shoulders.
This dress was also quite big around my waist, although that isn't surprising. My Wool& measurements are XL for bust/hips and more like M/L for waist. I had hoped that the weight of the fabric would cause the dress to fall nicely around my curves, but it just looked sort of baggy around my middle. It felt like I'd have to do a lot of adjusting to keep this dress from riding up. I'm tempted to try the dress again in a smaller size to see if it forms better to my body, but I think that the bulky style of the pockets might rule that out. The bulky pocket styling also caused the dress to look weird with a belt, at least on my full hips.
I'm just under 5'4" and this dress fell to my knees. I would have preferred it to be about an inch shorter since I intended to wear it with leggings anyway, but the length is definitely better for my frame and height than most other Wool& dresses. A petite length would be perfect.
Wool& seems to be expanding their lineup to include more styles that enhance the waist, which I think will help curvy women to find flattering styles. Unfortunately, so far a lot of those styles are a bit on the long side for those of us who have curves with shorter frames. I think that petite lengths are way past due and hope to see those across the board. I can often get away with less fitted styles if the length is a bit shorter, so petite sizing would open up a lot of options for me.
