The mini skid steer arrived well packaged with no damage. I checked oil levels, put gas in unit and 1/4 can of sea foam. The unit started right up, ran a little rough and then smoothed out. I have 8 hours on it now and it runs great, it just sips fuel and I have moved 10 tons of gravel. I also have moved about a ton of dirt. It seems well made and very efficient. Hydraulics are alittle jerky at high rpm, but at 50% throttle or less all is good. I do believe my only complaint may be that shipping could be faster. Other than that all is good.

Disassembled the crate (very safe and secure). Checked the fluids. Added gas. Cranked it tell it fired up. Drove it off the trailer. Installed the bucket. Runs great, easy to operate. Look forward to using it on a lot of projects . Nice machine.

The shipping crate used for the MS380T with the Briggs & Stratton engine was very sturdy protecting the machine inside. I really had to work to get the crate apart! Can you say "Sawz All"! I have only had a chance to put 3 hours on the hour meter, but it has done a great job. I will take my time to do a proper break-in procedure for the Engine and Hydraulic System. I have already changed the engine oil and filter at 5 hours. Before putting it into service, I checked all accessible hardware and all hardware was properly torqued unlike another brand machine I used. The only thing I had to do was adjust the track tension, which is very simple. I like the screw and lock nut tensioner as opposed to the grease type because it is not a messy job and I dont have to worry about a grease type track adjuster blowing a seal and putting the machine out of production. I do have hydraulic oil leak at the return filter housing to tank, but I contacted the service department and they are sending me a new gasket. All it took was a few pictures to show the problem. I had a great experience during the sale of the machine as well. The chat feature allowed me to ask all the questions I needed answered to make sure I was buying the correct brand and model machine. I have ran a similar machine (different brand) with the Rato engine and although it appears to be a strong and reliable engine for the 10 hours I used it, I prefer the Briggs and Stratton engine and I personally think it was worth the price difference. It appears to use less gasoline per hour. If the price point of the B & S engine is out of your comfort zone, the Rato engine will do a fine job as it is the go to engine for all other mini skid steer loader brands. All in all, I am very impressed with the MMS MS30T and the Sales and Service support I have received. I would recommend this machine to any family member, or friend.
