Stand Assist Lift Works, but need strong technician to assemble

The Stand Assist Lift works well for moving my husband from his easy chair to our higher mattress master bed. A 80+ woman could never put this thing together. The firm thick steel bars did not easily fit together. It took a strong man and a metal hammer to push the lower mental pieces together and then super strong arm muscles are required to push the top part of the bars together. The front wheel glide a little clumsy, but I think with use they will loosen and be more smooth.

Excellent service from buying to having to return the item. I would definitely buy from again. Very helpful with both transactions.
