Blue Jean Baby Balloon Garland Kit

Shipping took forever (10 days) and it almost didn’t arrive on time. The response time for customer service is very slow like 2 days. She refunded my shipping but it if you can’t use the arch for your party that doesn’t do much. But I did get it a day prior to my party instead of a week like initially estimated. The arch was beautiful only minus is that the tiny balloons come in one color instead of various colors like the description states.
